• Proactive support of lawyers and security a smooth process in the department
• Monitoring of templates, dates and deadlines
• Creation of draft contracts and presentations
• Acquisition of client support and digital file management

Your profile:

• Completed training for/for lawyers
• Professional experience in a similar position of advantage
• Used in handling MS Office, especially Outlook and Word
• the joy of assistance and secretariat activities and safe occurrence
• Structured and careful operation
• Friendly appearance and team skills
