Creation of calculations for technical FM services (maintenance, maintenance, operation of technical equipment etc.) Analysis and evaluation of tender documents and customer requirements Development of technical solutions in cooperation with sales and operational units Collection and evaluation of supplier and subcontractor offers Creation of offer documents including performance directories and price levels Participation in contract negotiations and presentations at the customer Support when handing over to the operating team after a supplement

Complete technical training or studies in the field of facility management, utility technology, electrical engineering, building technology, etc. Multiannual professional experience in calculation or technical FM Knowledge of maintenance, maintenance and operation of technical equipment Secure handling of costing and tendering tools (e.g. Excel, SAP, CAFM systems, AVA software) Analytical thinking, structured working and pronounced cost awareness Team skills, communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking
