As a senior IT system consultant (all genders) you are the competent contact person (all genders) for our customers around IT infrastructures in our system house section. You not only advise our customers strategically, but also implement technical solutions independently – from planning to implementation on site. You recognize opportunities in challenges, like to grab and enjoy trying new ideas? A dedicated team with a lot of design space awaits you for your expertise. You take responsibility for the planning, construction and continuous support of complex IT systems – including the strategic selection and integration of network components, server landscapes and storage and backup solutions. You conduct independent demanding customer projects in the system house environment and also coordinate internal and external stakeholders. You analyze customer requirements at technical and professional level and develop tailor-made IT solutions with vision. You control the planning, migration, administration and documentation of complex virtualization environments as well as the underlying infrastructure. You actively contribute to the design and implementation of larger projects and transitions and act as a central technical contact.

You have a completed study, an IT training or a comparable qualification – ideally complemented by further certifications. You bring multi-year, well-founded experience in IT consulting or in a comparable role in the system house environment. You have extensive knowledge in the areas of server, storage, network, and work with virtualization and backup solutions. You think analytically, work structured and find solution-oriented approaches in complex situations. You take responsibility, work independently and understand how to position yourself professionally both in the team and with customers.
