Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As technical assistance Etch/Ash, process engineers support the process management for our PowerMOS, ASIC and MEMS front end product portfolio. You help to improve process stability by using SPC, FDC, APC methods. In agreement with the process engineers, you will support, evaluate and document the smooth running of the system controls on the setup and optimization of the system controls. The team will develop optimization measures to improve stability and reduce costs. You support process engineers in creating instructions and reaction plans such as system control lists, OCAPs (Out of Control Action Plan) and qualification checklists. You act as an important interface between process engineers and manufacturing engineers and thus support a smooth process in production and further design of the work environment in the field of Etch/Ash.

Education: successfully completed studies for the state-tested technician or a university degree (Bachelor) in semiconductor technology, mechatronics, automation technology or comparable discipline desired Experience and know-how: first professional experience, preferably in the field of process technology in semiconductor manufacturing Personality and working methods: team-ready, motivated, resilient, communication-strong as well as independent, independent, result- and quality-oriented and reliable Languages: good German and English skills
