IT-Allrounder (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for IT topics of our colleagues You are working on inquiries and disturbances about jobs, printers, telephony, mobile terminals and office applications; If necessary, you will also address our specialist applications You can document more complex topics and coordinate them together with our IT team in lmenau You set up new jobs and hardware and ensure a smooth start of new employees (m/w/d) You monitor the location infrastructure – network, printers, conference technology – and report incidents early to the competent authorities

You have a completed training in IT or a comparable qualification; a qualified cross entry with detectable practice is possible IT is both a profession and an interest for you – you also deal with the topic beyond everyday work You bring solid knowledge in Windows, Office and PC hardware as well as basic knowledge in the areas of network and user management with You communicate openly and service-oriented and can explain technical facts intelligibly You work structured, document conscientiously and keep an overview even on parallel topics
