We are looking for support Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Strategic further development and operational control of brand-wide and international online marketing activities with a focus on performance, media strategy and AI-based practices Identification of potentials along the digital customer journey as well as translation into effective measures, tests and scalable campaign approaches in close cooperation with local fire management and internal interfaces Development, testing and optimization of AI agencies, prompts and workflows for campaign planning, analysis, testing and deriving concrete recommendations for action, as well as transfer of these into pragmatic, understandable and team-capable processes Further development of cross-channel media and measurement approaches including loadable KPI logics, testing roadmaps and cross-media analysis methods deriving concrete optimization measures from data, test results and market impulses Active impulses for modern digital marketing methods as well as knowledge building and knowledge transfer in the team

Mind. 4 years of professional experience in performance or online marketing as well as thorough understanding of multi-channel mechanics, KPIs, testing and data-based campaign control Detectable experience in the professional use of AI tools as well as high motivation to work deep into AI agents, prompting, automation and new marketing technologies Strategic, analytical and innovative thinking with the ability to translate new technological possibilities into concrete use cases, processes and action recommendations Clear and convincing communication skills as well as the competence to convey complex content to the team and to interfaces High flexibility, hand-on mentality, proactive and solution-oriented operation
