You are motivators, strategic savings partners and bridge builders (m/w/d) between markets, functions and cultures. Together with international colleagues, you can design our portfolio along the entire product life cycle – from the first idea to the successful market development worldwide. This means: You have the strategic responsibility for our EMEA product portfolio and you are active in shaping the portfolio of our regional headquarters Together with Market & Business Insights, you analyze international markets, consumer trends and competitive developments and translate insights into clear portfolio and growth strategies Prioritize products and innovations and investments based on sound business analyses You develop convincing value propositions that offer our customers real added value You work closely with marketing, sales, R&E and consumer insights – across borders You accompany product launches, relaunches and portfolio cleaning in different regions You monitor relevant KPIs and derive recommendations for management and stakeholders You track portfolio transparency & streamlining processes

Qualification: A completed study of food technology, food chemistry, natural sciences or a comparable subject and/or adequate training Experience: Multiannual professional experience in portfolio, product or strategy management, ideally in the flavor or ingredients industry Knowledge: Very good understanding of product life cycles, market mechanisms and competitive analyses.
