For our head office in Oberhausen we are looking for a personality who wants to take responsibility, to promote themes and actively shape our property management as Commercial Property Manager (w/m/d) in full time (40 h/week)

You are responsible for demanding commercial and office properties and keep an overview of dates, topics and contact persons You will accompany ongoing and new leases, carry out visits to the property and ensure professional support for our rental partners You communicate with investors, rental partners and internal interfaces and build sustainable relationships You will start monthly, quarterly and annual reports, take budgets and prepare relevant key figures in a comprehensible way You're planning object documentation and master data structured, digital and with a view to detail You support change processes around sustainability, ESG and social responsibility and bring your own ideas You coordinate ESG-relevant data, prepare them qualitatively and create an important basis for future-oriented decisions You participate in sustainability reports and associated reporting and develop professionally

A completed training as a real estate businessman (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification First or relevant professional experience in the commercial management of commercial real estate, more important than perfect experience is your motivation to take responsibility Security in handling MS Office and openness for digital tools and new working methods A clear, binding communication and joy in working with different contacts Self-initiative, organisational strength and the claim to not only work on topics but to actively improve them Team spirit, reliability and a quick understanding
