In the key role of our team, you take over the coordination and control of the post areas in our employee restaurant and ensure that all process steps are carried out efficiently. As a primary point of contact for quality topics, you support all team members of your assigned posts, service providers and interfaces to maintain our high quality standards and ensure compliance with all requirements and regulations. You are responsible for the development and construction of new menu lines, such as our climate counter, and make an active contribution to the development of strategic new customers and additional business for the business, both internally and externally. In addition, as a team leader*, you are responsible for several teams, monitoring personnel deployment planning, managing employee discussions and organizing regular team meetings to ensure an effective and harmonious working environment. Its task also includes the management of project-related activities with the aim of obtaining renowned awards for our business operations. With your creativity and your innovative spirit, you are working on new, exciting offers and concepts that enrich our culinary offering.

Training for cooking / cooking as well as several years of professional experience in gastronomy, in catering or in community catering Multiannual experience in personnel management and leadership of teams as well as in business management (in the gastronomic context) Ideally experience of modern cooking methods such as Rational.
