Responsible implementation of logistics projects: They take over the management and control of logistics projects of the topics: digitization of the supply chain, sustainability, eCommerce logistics and supplier management from planning to successful implementation. Make sure that all projects are completed on time and within the budget Creation of Reporting`s and Presentations: You create regular reports on the progress of the projects and present the results before management Project coordination: They coordinate all departments involved and external service providers to ensure the timely implementation and compliance of budget requirements Cooperation with internal and external partners (stakeholders): They work closely with various departments (e.g. purchasing, sales, warehouses) and external service providers to ensure seamless logistics processing Project controlling: You monitor the progress of the projects, create regular status reports and adjust the project plan as needed Optimization of processes: They analyze existing logistics processes and continuously develop measures to improve efficiency and cost structure

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of logistics, business management or a comparable qualification A multi-year professional experience in the field of project management and logistics, ideally in building materials trading or in a similar industry, we presumed They have already gained experience in managing and implementing logistics projects and have a strong knowledge of how to use common project management tools. e.g. Jira, Monday etc. You have a well-founded knowledge of logistics management, supply chain management and warehouse organization, goods management and warehouse management is also familiar to you A pronounced team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability is your personality as well as distinct analytical and organizational skills You are versed in the current MS Office programs Exchange with your colleagues in the international environment
