Your duties

• Tours in the object, monitoring the state of the building equipment
• Maintenance and repair work on technical installations
• Test services according to DGUV V3, VDE, DIN and VDMA with qualified logging
• Safe handling of computer and documentation activities
• Experiences in object operation
• Contact for customers and colleagues on site
• shiftwork and readiness to call after consultation necessary (long-term planning)
