For our office in Chemnitz, we are looking for you as a staff member (m/w/d) or as a staff manager (m/w/d).

Your Tasks as a Personnel Disponent (m/w/d):

• Switch or publish job advertisements on different portals
• Conducting interviews personally or by phone
• Creating and preparing documents
• Creating employment contracts and setting of candidates (m/w/d)
• Supporting the existing staff and customer base
• Acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customers via telephone and personally on site

Your profile as a staff component (m/w/d):

• A completed vocational training, e.g. as a personnel service businessman (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d), industrial businessman (m/w/d), businessman for office management/communication or a comparable kfm. Education
• Professional experience, e.g. as a staff component (m/w/d), Recruiter (m/w/d) or as a staff manager (m/w/d)
• Experiences in current MS Office programs
• Open and warm personality
