With sound knowledge of asset classes, you analyze real estate, including location, size and technical equipment. For your contractors, you will prepare object documents, create extensive exhibits and reports on your activities. You process purchase, or hire, for this purpose, records the needs of your search clientele in detail and ensures a smooth switching. You like to communicate, go towards people in a targeted manner and strengthen our team in the acquisition of new and the care of existing business customers.

You have a completed teaching or a completed study. A network in the regional real estate sector is advantageous. You prove your communication strength both in personal conversation and in written exchange. You have a strong service and are safe to negotiate with our customers and are strong in discussions. You bring a high affinity for real estate and sales. A defeat doesn't throw you out of the train right away. You are committed and motivated to develop and work independently.
