Analysis of existing and foreseeable needs and existing system landscapes and their interfaces in the domains CAD, FEM, CAM, PDM and ERP Development of a long-term vision and a strategy to achieve goals and milestones Coordination of the implementation of substeps according to your strategy in cooperation with experts from the domains and external consultants Supporting the existing system landscape and your interfaces

Complete engineering studies or comparable studies Practical experience in the domains CAD, FEM, CAM, PDM and ERP Agile's mindset with the ability to classify facts on different 'flight heights' and along a timeline Safe occurrence in the moderation of workshops to identify requirements or to find solutions Ability to prepare complex relationships in a comprehensible manner and convince strange decision-makers with clear presentations Efficiency and flexibility: Weaking up structures, delays and critical questions you do not
