You are an experienced support engineer (all genders) as well as know you in the 2nd and 3rd level IT support? Or you are a communication professional from the service sector and IT is your passion? Then we would be happy if you were part of our team. DATAGROUP IT Solutions GmbH is a software development company within the DATAGROUP Group and the leading provider of software for processing BAföG applications in Germany. We host, operate and support the specialist process developed by us and are looking for reinforcement for our operating team, which takes care of our customers. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the procedure. Joy in thinking in tricky questions, detective work and finding solutions as well as good IT skills should be brought along. Your tasks: You are part of our BAföG-Operation team and discusses our customers with questions and problems You process inquiries in the ticket system and bring solutions yourself in cooperation with customers Deeper technical problems You coordinate directly with the developers, perform database queries and support documentation tasks With the implementation of BAföG numbers, you will ensure that the financial support to BAföG recipients is regularly paid out You are intensively trained by us and supervised by colleagues

You have a completed training in IT or a comparable qualification. Cross-adapters (all genders) with good IT skills are also welcome You have solid knowledge in the field of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Ideally, you have database knowledge, especially with MS-SQL server.
