Reinforce our central costing department with your well-founded construction experience. Technical advice and support of our Construction Project Management teams as an architect or civil engineer. Creation and testing of calculations for CAPEX measures, rebuilds in stock, and rent-out buildings – in the commercial and hospitality sector. Identification and analysis of cost optimization potentials in our projects. Establishment and continuous development of a multi-team cost database.

completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications; as an alternative, relevant technical or commercial training with appropriate professional experience. Multiannual experience in the cost calculation with a focus on the construction of cost groups 300 and 400 (buildings in stock) as well as a solution-oriented, pragmatic operation. Secure handling of MS Office as well as common costing software (e.g. ORCA, California, BKI). Structured, analytical and independent working methods combined with negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, high engagement and entrepreneurial thinking. Very good knowledge of German; good English skills are required.
