Head of SAP ERP (a*)

You guide the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) group in the field of enterprise applications professionally and disciplinaryly. In doing so, you will lead a team of internal employees and a team leader and develop it professionally and organizationally. You actively shape the strategic and conceptual development of the SAP systems used and their resystems. You are analysing action fields, deriving the medium- to long-term SAP roadmap and is responsible for their implementation to further develop the SAP system landscape. You plan, coordinate and control SAP projects with a broader meaning. You actively support the further development of your team members and strengthen motivation and team collaboration. Customer relationships are trusting and responsible for a professional stakeholder management. You plan and tax external service providers as well as cooperation with other teams and departments.

You have successfully completed a university or university degree course, ideally in an STEM field. You have deep knowledge in SAP LifeCycle Management in ERP and the SAP modules used. You think strategically and conceptually connected – beyond the applied SAP modules and the existing IT structures. You bring professional and leadership experience in a comparable position as well as a pronounced strategic vision. Experience in project management and controlling as well as in the management of agile teams will also help you. Management competency and a solution-oriented way of working distinguish you. You communicate convincingly and understand how to lead, motivate and inspire team members. High resilience, readiness to use, sense of responsibility, negotiation skills and team skills complete your profile.
