As an educational consultant (m/w/d) for vocational education, your focus is on professional education issues in European projects and the development of innovative training opportunities. A job with a lot of perspective. Yours? Come to the team!

Advice & development: Advising companies and professionals on training and funding opportunities, in particular under the Qualification Opportunities Act. Concept development: Development of innovative educational opportunities and training formats in the field of vocational education and future skills, national and international. Project management: Conception, calculation and implementation of educational projects, including EU-funded programmes. Networking: building and maintaining cooperation with companies, educational providers and institutions in the field of continuing vocational training. Trends & Innovation: Identification of training needs in the economy and integration of new technologies and learning methods.

Complete study in the field of education management, economic education or a comparable qualification Experience in the development and implementation of educational projects, ideally with European reference Knowledge of funding programmes, in particular the Qualification Opportunities Act and sound knowledge of the AZAV Accreditation and Approval Rules Understanding future skills and innovative training approaches that can be implemented in accordance with AZAV Experience in networking with companies and educational institutions as well as experience in the costing of educational projects Communication strength, self-initiative, analytic thinking and structured functioning are assumed
