Control of the complete recruiting process – from demand analysis to job alerts to setting.

Ensuring a smooth process in recruiting with a combination of strategic vision and operational implementation strength.

Strategic advice from executives and HR Business partners in profiling and constructive questioning of needs.

Develop innovative recruiting strategies and concepts based on current market trends and best practices.

Definition of new processes, KPIs and success criteria for measuring the recruiting performance.

Development of target-group-specific search strategies and use of modern sourcing methods (e.g. Active Sourcing).

Data-based analysis of relevant recruiting KPIs and derivation of optimizations.

Participation in exciting projects in the field of employer branding and digitization of recruiting.

A completed study in the field of human resources, psychology, economy or a comparable qualification.

Multiannual experience in recruiting, ideally with takeover of both operational and strategic responsibility.

Embossed sense for people and the ability to grasp and critically question requirements in a structured manner.

Enthusiasm for current recruiting trends, innovations and creative approaches.

Funded knowledge and evaluation of new tools and channels for personnel recovery.

Data-driven and analytical methods as well as motivation to develop own KPIs.

Self-responsible and structured working methods.

Extensive role as a strong austerity partner for managers.

Hands-on mentality without losing sight of the strategic perspective.
