Your focus is on the strategic development of the product portfolio as well as the management of profitability and growth initiatives across all sales channels. You consistently align insurance products and processes with the needs of our customers and different sales channels. This is what we expect as a portfolio manager for accident insurance (m/w/d) Portfolio management: Proactive care and strategic further development of the insurance portfolio with focus on data and AI-based portfolio analysis, derivation of action recommendations and implementation of targeted measures Process optimization: definition of technical requirements for the technical implementation of business processes and optimization of the customer journey at all touchpoints Project management: Takeover of (partial) project management for strategic projects and growth initiatives in the field of accident insurance Market & Competition Analysis: Observing market trends, competitive developments and regulatory changes to the development of innovative product approaches Sales development: Conception and implementation of growth strategies through different distribution channels (exclusive sales, brokers, digital) Stakeholder Management: Close cross-functional cooperation with internal and external partners along the entire value chain (e.g. Aktuariat, Sales, IT, Claims)

As a portfolio manager for accident insurance (m/w/d) Qualification: Very well completed studies of the business economy, economics, insurance industry, economic mathematics, MBA or a comparable degree programme Product & Market Knowledge: Multiannual professional experience in product or portfolio management in the field of accident insurance or portfolio management Personal insurance with a sound market overview Analytical Competence: Imprinted Ability to Analyze and Assessment of Insurance Technical KPIs (e.g. Damage Ratio, Combined Ratio) as well as to Distribute Suitable Measures in a Complex Interface Area Projektmanagement: Proven successes in managing complex, time-critical projects as project manager (m/w/d) or Product Owner (m/w/d) with diverse stakeholder interfaces Working method: High self-initiative and result orientation, coupled with a solution-oriented, structured and data-driven approach Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English for cooperation in an international environment Digital Mindset: Affinity for digital technologies and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, copilot) as well as interest in data-driven decision-making and automation
