Own-responsible building management on site at our national and international construction sites Planning, preparation and organisation of construction sites including construction site equipment and necessary infrastructure Monitoring of budget, costs and dates Coordination and coordination with all project participants, in particular customers, experts, energy suppliers, internal planning and internal project management Coordination, instruction and control of our contractors as well as monitoring their design on the construction sites Creation, implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements at construction sites Creation and maintenance of documentation, building site reports and building daybooks
