These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for the entire organization and coordination of workflows in your branch.
• You always have a look at the most important key figures of your branch and can take appropriate measures.
• You will assist customers in their shopping and assist them in selecting their favorite products - whether cut flowers, pot plants, bouquets or seasonal decorations and DIY products.
• You actively support the recruiting of branch employees and accompany the incorporation of new colleagues.
• You regularly conduct employee talks and develop your team.
• For your clients, you will bind bouquets according to the BLUME2000 concept and support them in cashier activities.

• You have completed professional training and have already gained experience in the retail trade.
• Ideally, you bring first leadership experience.
• You describe yourself as communicative and have organizational skills.
• You are interested in the floristic craft and a passion for flowers and plants.
• You understand motivating, guiding and developing your team.
• You enjoy selling – your motivation is happy customers.
• You have a look for our BLUME2000 concept and have a sense of the appearance of your branch.
