Rubber mixtures Production of rubber mixtures in the laboratory mixer or on the laboratory roller in the pilot plant (incl. pre- and post-processing) Conducting experiments to evaluate alternative mixed approaches Production of standard test samples for initial characterization Completion of orders and handover of patterns

Raw Material Management Organisation of the Raw Material Warehouse as well as availability testing / procurement and labelling of standard raw materials from the plant Storage and management of experimental raw materials (by customers) Organisation of the disposal of raw materials and raw material waste from the warehouses of the Pilot Plant together with HSE and involvement of colleagues (e.g. Material Development) to provide necessary documents

Organisation of the Pallet Warehouse in Pilot Plant Organisation of calibration of the relevant measuring instruments in the pilot plant Production of samples of new articles and required test samples Self-planning and processing of sample orders Production or processing of the material according to the applicable working and manufacturing regulations and instructions or material information Process optimization through the application of observations and findings of sampling or the feedback of clients Active cooperation on development projects and West project groups

Completed vocational training in the chemical sector or a comparable area At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and processing rubber materials Working under GMP inspections Good knowledge of MS Office, Advise Good knowledge of English Careful and clean operation Own initiative Own work Solution and results oriented Team skills Good communication skills
