LHM Services GmbH is a subsidiary of the state capital of Munich and is responsible for the IT infrastructure of over 1,000 educational, care and sports facilities. It provides modern information and communication technology, maintains and develops it further and offers comprehensive IT service including consulting, support and training. The aim is to support pedagogical work through modern IT solutions and to enable future-oriented education for around 200,000 students in Munich. New services are integrated into our existing Active Directory infrastructure – taking into account the Microsoft Tier model Standardize, automate and continuously improve processes – so that the operation remains stable, safe and efficient Technically evaluate technical requirements and translate them into sensible, scalable solutions You support 2nd and 3rd level support – focusing on Active Directory and AzureAD Support the ADFS environment and integrate new services for single-sign-On is also part of your task Concepts continuously evolve, document and thus anchor knowledge in the team

Completed studies or completed vocational training with further training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification, at least 5 years of professional experience would be desirable Found experience in PowerShell scripting, especially in the environment of Active Directory – Automation is not a foreign word for you, but standard Trusts in handling hybrid Microsoft infrastructures – from conception to support Know-how in the integration of target and source systems – you bring technical interfaces together Safe in use and understanding of the Microsoft Enhanced Security Admin Environment (ESAE) model routine in dealing with ADFS – both in the care and in connection with new services
