Our MVZ Hanover is a national provider of bio-technological services. Clinics and established colleagues between Munich and Flensburg use the diagnostic expertise and speed of our institute. Our MVZ is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for various organ areas and cooperation partners of several clinics as well as numerous established institutes. Each year, consignments from all organ regions of the pathology are processed with points of gravity in lung pathology, stomach and intestinal and liver pathology and hematopathology, especially diseases of the bone marrow. Through your work, you support the precise examination of tissue and cell samples and thus contribute significantly to the reliable diagnosis and the best possible treatment of patients. Would you like to help a histology laboratory professionally and lead a motivated team? Then you become part of our modern pathology laboratory and take a central role in histological diagnosis. Technical and organizational team management of the histological laboratory team of seven employees Ensuring compliance with medical, technical, legal and administrative requirements and internal quality management guidelines in close cooperation with quality management officers and site management Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits Implementation and validation of new methods Own-responsible total processing of histologic and cytological laboratory samples as well as all other tasks in the laboratory (testing and sampling, etc.) Management, supervision and further development of the laboratory team and guidance of trainees

As a team leader, you can successfully introduce yourself to our own and careful work. You will also have the following experience and skills: Successfully completed vocational training as MTL / MTA / MTLA (m/w/d) or comparable training We expect multiannual work experience in a histological laboratory Ideally, you have first leadership experience or a clear commitment to take over a lead role. Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2 level) Technical understanding of the work with various software programs (e.g. MS Office, LIS) and laboratory equipment Responsibility and reliability
