You serve and advise municipalities in the planning of buildings in the course of selected demand plan measures in the federal road network You work as part of the overarching and cross-disciplinary project controls Your responsibility is also to carry out and analyze project-related organisational, time and cost controls including reporting You award and maintain engineering contracts according to HOAI You coordinate expert opinions of engineering structures Controlling building planning including voting and obtaining permissions professionally involved in obtaining building law falls within your responsibility Your tasks include setting up pre-stats, cost-effectiveness studies, building pre-plannings and building designs for engineering works Furthermore, check the execution documents during the construction process You have fun in carrying out project-related appointments and cost planning Your competence also includes the coordination of planning results in the project environment
