As Team Coordinator Digital CRM (m/w/d), you develop and control our CRM and Lifecycle Marketing strategy and are responsible for the sustainable increase in customer value and repurchase. The following exciting tasks await you:

CRM strategy: You develop the CRM strategy along the entire customer lifecycle and define target groups, contact strategies and use cases for acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation Customer Lifecycle: You control the Customer Lifecycle in the day-to-day business and develop Loyalty and Repurchase Mechanics to Increase Customer Lifetime Value Segmentation and Automation: You develop data-based segmentation and personalization logics and set automated customer journeys, trigger communication and multi-channel flows directly in the CRM systems Analysis and Testing: You plan and control CRM analyses, A/B and multivariable tests as well as performance reviews and implements derived measures operatively Team and Coordination: You co-ordinate and develop the CRM team according to the principle “Lead by Example” and prioritize the CRM roadmap in close coordination with eCommerce, Data, Marketing and Technology Governance and Partners: You secure consistent campaign, data, consent and quality processes and control agencies, tool providers and internal interfaces

You have a degree in marketing, BWL, eCommerce or CRM or a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing You have experience with marketing automation, newsletter and CRM platforms and have a very good understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, customer lifetime value, retention and loyalty Finding knowledge of CRM analysis, testing, reporting and Consent requirements as well as experience in project and stakeholder management You can safely analyze data and translate it into relevant, customer-oriented lifecycle measures Your independent, structured and solution-oriented work and communication and cooperation skills complete your profile
