STRABAG Rail GmbH is an international railway company and part of the STRABAG SE Group. At the beginning of the training in August 2025, you will find an exciting mix of vocational school, over-company training in Gera, as well as practical experience with state-of-the-art technology on our assembly lines. After two successful years of training, there is the possibility, with appropriate suitability, to acquire the specialisation as a track worker in a 3rd year of training. Your training allowance is 1. Year 1.080,00€, in the 2nd year 1.293,00€ and in the 3rd year 1.604,00€ (according to the current tariff in the construction industry).
