Central contact for specialists and executives, managements and board members, advice and support, clarification of key issues Communication interface with all representation bodies (e.g. employee representations, works councils, severely disabled representatives, etc.) Ensuring the timely and complete introduction of participation procedures in individual human actions, repatriation of participation procedures and time-limit monitoring Responsible takeover of special tasks with a central impact and personal projects Creation of internal process instructions and process descriptions
