Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Programming, optimization and support of AOI and AXI systems for automated optical and X-ray-based inspection of electronic assemblies Support for optical and X-ray-based testing systems (maintenance, calibration and further development organisation) Operation and support of the AXI system (Automated X-Ray Inspection) in the ongoing SMD production process Analysis and evaluation of AOI and AXI test results as well as execution of fault analyses and cause research for continuous process improvement performing regular maintenance and maintenance work on the AOI/AXI systems according to maintenance plan Release, verification and continuous optimization of the test programs in series production Preparation of training documents and implementation of training courses for production employees Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and development to ensure the highest product quality

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Completed training in electronics, mechatronics or automation technology, ideally with further training to the technician (m/w/d) Experience in the handling of AOI and/or AXI systems (e.g. Viscom, Göpel, Koh Young and A.A.) of advantage as well as sound technical understanding Extensive analytical skills and joy in critically questioning and improving processes sustainably Teamability, own initiative and a structured, independent way of working Interest in modern testing technology as well as the readiness to integrate intensively into AXI technology and testing processes Willingness to work in shiftwork
