Project Manager Major Construction Projects - Client Representation / HOAI (m/f/d)

You analyze the structures and processes of complex construction and infrastructure projects and develop tailor-made solutions for our customers. You create strategic and technical concepts, such as BIM and CAM concepts, as well as operating and operating concepts. You develop project structures, approach models and project management tools that can successfully organize and manage complex projects. You support the development and development of PMO structures and the introduction of risk, change and decision management instruments. You participate in procurement strategies and procurement planning and understandably prepare complex issues and basis of decision. You work closely with our customers and project partners and keep an eye on the overarching relationships and goals of the overall project. You not only bring your ideas into customer projects, but also actively shape the structures, processes and the further development of QUORO.

You have completed your studies, for example in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, BWL, business informatics or a comparable field. You bring multi-year professional experience, at least two years, in consulting, project management or in the context of complex construction and/or infrastructure projects. You can quickly capture, analyze and translate complex relationships into sustainable concepts and solutions. You think beyond individual tasks and keep the contexts and objectives of the overall project in mind. You have experience in the development or introduction of project structures, processes or project management instruments. You prepare challenging situations in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner and communicate safely with different stakeholders. You work autonomously, structured and result-oriented, and you like to engage with your own ideas. You want to take responsibility in the long term and want to actively shape not only customer projects, but also our growing company. You have very good German knowledge and bring a certain readiness to travel for personal customer appointments.
