As a free carrier of youth aid, ISA KOMPASS creates habitats for children, young people and young adults. Based on a living protection concept, we offer both protection and structures that promote self-determined development and equal participation in our society. Through our work we want to contribute to an inclusive and colorful society.

For our medical education group in Filsen in the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis we are looking for a pedagogical specialist who brings with it a lot of empathy, serenity and a high degree of humor and is open to new ideas and innovative technical approaches. Our work at the HPWG in Filsen is characterized by an appreciation, respectful, resource-oriented and open attitude and communication within the team and with the children and young people living with us. Participation and complaint as well as protection against abuse of power have a central role in us.

Our pedagogical work is aimed at children, adolescents and families very individually and is complemented by systemic methods and experience educational elements. Children and young people from six to 18 years of age live in our group. The large age range makes everyday pedagogy very varied and offers many opportunities to introduce your pedagogical expertise from different directions, to deepen it or to generate new knowledge.

Our house in the outskirts of the Rhine, with direct views of the Rhine, is surrounded by a wide-ranging plot and offers enough space for realizing your own creative ideas and projects. We live in everyday work a good balance between sustaining structures and independent work. With the support and encouragement of the entire team, you can experience and further develop your own talents, strengths and “steel horses”. The benefits of social-spatial resources as well as the integration into the village life are part of HPWG's educational self-conception in Filsen and enable a comprehensive participation and affiliation of children and young people in their environment.

Due to the existing connection to the DB network, an optimal accessibility of all the next larger locations (Lahnstein, Koblenz, Bad Ems) is easily achieved. Not only the children and young people benefit from this locational mobility, also for you, as an employee of the HPWG in Filsen, the work path is not bound to a KFZ.
