As a project engineer:in electrical engineering, you bear the technical responsibility for the design, evaluation and implementation of electrotechnical solutions in existing and new plants for energy generation and storage of enercity AG and thus make an active contribution to the energy transition. The (partial) project management as well as the technical control of complex electrotechnical measures take you across all phases of the project – from the first idea to the planning to the successful commissioning. The creation of planning and tender documents, their technical examination and technical assistance in the award of external services are also part of your task. In the context of the project, the technical responsibility for medium-voltage and self-supply systems lies with you, including the design and evaluation of suitable protective concepts for safe and reliable plant operation. The technical evaluation of modernization and optimization measures, always with regard to operational safety, economic efficiency and long-term sustainability, is done by you. As a central interface to the network area, you actively and partnership with the departments of the operation and maintenance. For transparency and sustainability in the project, you will ensure complete, structured and high-quality technical documentation.

Your completed master's or diploma studies in electrical engineering or alternatively a comparable qualification forms your technical basis for this position. You can present a multi-year professional and project experience in electrical engineering, ideally in the environment of energy generation, industrial or energy storage systems. In addition, you have already gained experience in the technical project management as well as in the planning and commissioning of complex electrotechnical systems. Finding knowledge in the handling of medium-voltage systems in industrial or plant-technical applications is characterized by a switching authorization for medium-voltage systems. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a high degree of technical decision-making reliability, shape your work.
