Then you will be part of our global team as a cook/cooker (w/m/d) and inspire our national and international guests in our restaurant kitchen in Erlangen.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• They prepare food for our guests independently and according to nutritional and qualitative standards and provide an attractive presentation. Together with the team you are involved in the preparation of food for our staff restaurant, the guest kitchen, changing day offers and our bistros. In addition, you can flexibly support special events and events.- They contribute to the creation of offers and calculations, support the order of goods and ensure the proper storage of food and other goods. The preparation of the daily kitchen operation, including mise en place as well as the cleaning and care of your work area, is one of your regular tasks. They carry out incoming goods and quality controls and pay attention to compliance with the applicable HACCP guidelines and food and hygiene standards.- For events and events, the team will support you actively and contribute to a successful process.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a completed vocational training as a cook/kitchen and have already gained practical experience in the restaurant kitchen and special events. They have well-founded knowledge of hygiene guidelines according to HACCP, Infection Protection Act and allergen labelling and can safely apply them. They are versed in handling digital systems and tools.- You are willing to participate in professional training to continuously expand your skills.

A friendly appearance, discretion, reliability and punctuality characterize your working methods. They bring their own initiative, commitment and willingness to learn new things and continue to develop. They communicate safely in German and can also communicate with international guests in English.- They are versed in handling digital applications, especially Microsoft 365.- We win together: You like to work in the team, communicate value-estimating and implement high quality standards together with colleagues.
