As Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) in Onboarding, you are a key part of our team and responsible for: Project Management and Introduction: Together with us, you are responsible for the project management and the complete introduction of our software solutions to our new customers. Training and support: You coordinate and carry out training appointments independently and will guide our newly won customers up to their live gear. You make sure that they are safe and efficient in our software. Transition to the existing customer team: You ensure a seamless transition from customers to our existing customers or Customer Success Team to ensure that they receive the best possible support even after onboarding. Process development: In close cooperation with our team, you are working proactively on solutions to continuously optimize customer satisfaction and retention. Unique onboarding experience: Your main goal is to ensure a unique customer satisfaction and an outstanding onboarding experience for our customers.

You have a completed training or study as well as first relevant professional experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) area. Passion for technologies and ideally first experience in handling software solutions, especially HR tools or CRM systems. You speak German and English in terms of training - other foreign languages are a plus. Empathy, enthusiasm and your strong customer orientation are right after you get up (or the first coffee).
