The Value Determining Division is responsible for the creation of market and asset value assessments according to § 194 BauGB, § 16 PfandBG and the asset determination regulation (BelwertV) as well as for the award, quality assurance and plausibility of real estate assessments. The department works cooperatively across all units and you will get to know all expert products - from private real estate financing to corporate and corporate customers - to commercial real estate financing.

During your 18-month trainee program in our department, these tasks await you: You support the creation of market and asset assessments and carry out plausibility assessments of internal and externally prepared reports. Close to the customer: You participate in object visits. Always at the heart of time: you carry out object and location analyses as well as market observations and research activities in the real estate industry. Networking by Hospitations: You have the opportunity to establish valuable contacts in the company through hospitations in other areas.

You have a completed university degree with the discipline: architecture, construction, BWL, real estate management, real estate assessment, urban development and surveying. You ideally have practical experience in real estate assessment or Real estate. You work independently, structured and value outstanding quality.
