Within our group-wide group production engineering, you conduct the two divisions Industrial Performance and Production Management with eight employees. They are responsible for the governance of our Müller-Production-System and support the business units in implementing Operational Excellence initiatives. They optimize existing processes, systems and methods using lean management principles and implement standards and best practices; In addition, follow the results of the initiatives and report on them. They conduct and coordinate projects to improve operational performance, quality and efficiency in various business areas and promote a culture of continuous improvement. As a project manager (m/w/d) of overarching investment and organizational projects from the operating sector, you are responsible for target, budget and timetables and run the projects for final implementation. The development and implementation of solutions for production challenges, as well as the evaluation of savings potentials, are among your diverse tasks.

You have an engineering background as well as several years of professional experience as factory manager (m/w/d) or production manager (m/w/d) in producing companies, preferably from the dairy industry / dairy industry. They have very good knowledge and experience in lean management principles and tools, such as Kaizen, S5, Value Stream Analysis, Six Sigma etc. You are well familiar with the technological processes and challenges in dairies and the food industry. We will get to know you as a team player with high own initiative, strong analytical skills and strong communication and presentation skills. Their knowledge of the German and English language is very good in word and writing. Regular travel to other locations (mainly DE, UK and PL) will give you pleasure and do not pose a problem for your everyday life.
