Calculator for SMEs in civil engineering (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a calibrator (w/m/d) of construction in a permanent position.

Our client is a healthy medium-sized company in deep and piping construction and realizes sophisticated infrastructure projects. The range of services includes pipeline networks for district heating, electricity, hydrogen, gas, drinking water and glass fiber. The focus is on quality, reliability and economically viable solutions along the entire project chain from the supply phase to execution. At the site, an experienced team works with short decision-making paths and high demands on structured costing and process standards. The position is long-term and has a significant impact on competitiveness and project profitability.

Own-responsible costing of demanding construction projects in deep and piping construction with a focus on complete and economical offerings Analysis and evaluation of tender documents and performance directories as well as ensuring a timely tender fee Acquisition, testing and participation in the negotiation of post-contractor and supplier offers in close coordination with the purchase Assessment of material, equipment and external performance costs as well as identification and assessment of opportunities and risks already in the offer phase Creation of work and follow-up calculations and support in the further development of costing processes and digital standards

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training with training as master or technician Multiannual professional experience in costing, construction or project management in civil engineering, pipeline construction or infrastructure construction Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, in particular VOB and DIN, and relevant technical regulations Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with costing software such as BRZ, iTWO or comparable systems Entrepreneurial thinking, structured and self-sponsored manner of working, negotiation skills and very good knowledge of German in word and writing
