Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Do you have innovative ideas for the participation of people with support needs and are you happy to shape change processes? Then you are right with us! In Seeheim-Jugenheim we offer a cozy home in the immediate vicinity of the town centre 18 residents with slight to moderate impairment. Our house offers on 3 floors all the necessary amenities (record, nursing bath, etc.). An ice cream parlour on the ground floor, all important starting points within walking distance, parking spaces and a rewe in immediate vicinity round off the location.

How does your day look like • With empathy, humour and serenity, you create a reliable daily routine, accompany the residents individually in the social area and promote neighbourly relations • You take over the basic care of our clients and specific case responsibilities to ensure self-determined life, to manage everyday life and participate in life • You have an overview of the basic services and the SGB IX. You are in contact with various cost-beneficiaries, apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • They build sustainable relationships, create structure and appreciate the varied work with special people • For the best possible support, you work closely with relatives, legal advisors, the team and with collaborative colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care
