Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (m/f/d)

You are responsible for all Group activities in internal accounting, in particular monthly financial reporting and short, medium and long-term planning (P&L focus). You develop the Financial Business Partnering in the field of fixed cost planning and reporting at Bahlsen and strengthen our stakeholders in management. In doing so, the leadership and further development of the employees promotes and forms them into an impact-force unit. Together with your team, you will ensure that budgeting and forecasting processes are adhered to and consolidate the results for management in cooperation with the Controlling Director (m/w/d). Process optimization & coordination: You are responsible for the process interfaces with other functional areas and promote cooperation internally and externally. You drive system and process improvements to increase efficiency. As the main player for the Functional Leads in all fixed cost matters, you prepare decisions from a financial perspective, show recommendations for action and decide in the overall entrepreneurial interest in coordination with the Controlling Director (m/w/d). You are responsible for uniform reporting and planning standards as well as processes within the group, controlling the further development by harmonizing the data sources & optimizing the IT tools.

You have first leadership experience and bring expertise in the FMCG environment, as well as experience in a producing environment. Long-standing experience in finance controlling as well as experience in cooperation with management complete your profile. You are characterized by strong leadership skills and have the ability to communicate correctly and to process data. You have analytical competence, a pronounced process thinking, high solution orientation and good conflict management. You always keep the whole thing in mind. Flowing German and English skills are of course for you. You bring expertise in SAP S/4HANA and are versed in dealing with BI Tools, Data Governance and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
