As part of our HR Operations team, you will participate in administrative and digital personal processes along the entire employee lifecycle for our employees in Germany. In the optimization, digitization and documentation of HR processes, you actively support us and introduce your own ideas for further development. Existing processes analyze and identify potentials for automation and standardization. In addition, you support cross-departmental HR projects and work closely with different disciplines. You are also actively involved in organizing and implementing the monthly onboarding events for new employees at Heidenheim site.

You are an immatricated student of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable course of study with the focus on personnel. You are interested in a mandatory internship, which is provided according to your regulations. You are passionate about modern HR processes, digitalization and personal administration. Your analytical mindset as well as the motivation to question and develop processes, are yours. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. We require a safe handling of MS Office applications as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing.

You get exciting insights into modern HR systems and the digital transformation of personal processes. By working on digitalization and automation projects, you collect valuable practical experience at the interface of human resources, digitization and process management. Individually responsible tasks as well as close cooperation with various HR functions and disciplines provide you with versatile development possibilities and exciting insights into personal work.
