CFO - Metalworking Industry Group (m/w/d)

Our client based in Baden-Württemberg is a leading supplier of aluminium profile and system solutions. The company has a strong industrial base with its own production and combines it with Europe-wide sales strength and deep market connections in the construction and DIY market as well as in professional trade.

In the course of further professionalization and international growth strategy, we are looking for an entrepreneurially shaped CFO personality (m/w/d) with experience in commercial management of medium-sized industrial companies – ideally in the context of private equity companies. In this key role, you take over the central financial responsibility at group level, are part of the management as part of the organisation and report directly to the shareholder meeting. As a strategic business partner, you work closely with the CEO, international subsidiaries and shareholders.

The position requires pronounced structuring capability, international control competence as well as the ability to establish group-wide financial processes and thereby effectively integrate decentralized units.

Complete university degree with focus on finance, accounting, controlling or tax Multiannual experience as CFO or in a comparable commercial management function – ideally in a producing, medium-sized business environment Funded knowledge in accounting, tax law, corporate finance, M&A and ideally in the fields of compliance and ESG Proven experience in digitizing financial processes, building efficient structures and in transformation and buy-and-build projects – preferably in private equity context Strategic thinking combined with pronounced hand-on mentality, clear communication and cooperative leadership style
