In your role as a service/water technician (m/w/d), you are responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, safety control, modification, disinfection, instruction, sampling and repair of water treatment plants. Their future area includes Bremen, parts of Lower Saxony and in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.

Own-responsible, technical support of a firm customer group in a regional area Creation of service reports and customer service-specific documents and protocols Spare part disposition for the respective task area Technical instruction and support of the operator Handling and use of test and measurement equipment according to test equipment management Complaint detection, acceptance and notification according to quality management Telephone error analysis and repair support for customers and customer service technicians Compliance with medical device law and accident prevention regulations

Successfully completed vocational training as a state-tested electrical/medical technician, mechatronic technician or from the field of plant mechanic - sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology Relevant professional experience in a comparable role Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, process engineering, electronics or medical technology Experience in quality management Expertise in technical customer service Good IT user knowledge (MS Office) and basics of IT networking and hardware technology Self-employed, structured, analytical and responsible procedures High communication capability as well as safe and friendly appearance readiness to travel (national) and willingness to work on flexible working hours (journey and weekend work)
