Project Manager Building Automation (m/f/d)

Observe the overall strategic responsibility for building control technology (GLT) as well as implementation and further development of an active energy management system (EMS) for the municipal buildings of the city of Wiesbaden Developing a continuous process for modernising and maintaining a powerful GLT Optimize energy flows including analysis of energy and operating data to increase efficiency Establish and develop standards, processes and guidelines Taxes, monitors and evaluates energy saving measures across municipal buildings Own-sponsored operation, monitoring and optimisation of the GLT, in particular by analyzing operating and interference messages, adaptation of control strategies as well as accompanying and integrating further systems Self-planning, taxing and implementing measures of building automation in new building, rebuilding and maintenance projects, including the perception of the client function

Completed engineering studies (min. Diplom-FH / Bachelor) which qualifies for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in the fields of building automation, utility technology, energy technology, electrical engineering or a comparable study direction Long-term professional experience related to the above tasks Experience in consumption data analysis, energy monitoring or optimization of technical systems Expertise in GLT or EMS are advantageous Knowledge of the planning and control of projects is advantageous Knowledge of procurement law (VOB, VgV) is advantageous Analytical, Structured and Independent Operation and Communication and Enforceability Driving permission to run a car
