Consistently, you develop the purchasing processes, standards and guidelines, rebuild the central purchasing as an organizational unit and proceed with optimization measures – your focus is on the topics negotiation, cost reduction, risk minimisation, standardization and provider management. You work closely with the existing functions like e.g. the IT provider management.
