Technical sales representative for our building data service (m/f/d)

We are continuing to grow and are looking for a technical assistant (m/w/d) in the field of application “Great Cologne”. In this role, you work closely with our energy efficiency experts in an indefinitely fixed position: within our customers, you collect structural physical characteristics of their residential properties. To do this, you carry out independent visits to the houses and collect all relevant data needed as a basis for the further energy consulting. With your work you have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the growing energy efficiency consulting industry and to contribute to the energy transition in the Rhineland. We also support your further education as an energy efficiency expert with appropriate pre-qualification. Your responsibilities You can travel local residential properties in the Cologne area and collect data for energy consulting using digital tools You’re working on the reports and analyses for energy consulting, and you’re creating “Digital Twins” of real estate You work closely with an experienced energy efficiency expert in the team, so you can learn from each other and share knowledge with each other Through your active participation in trainings and workshops, you can continuously train yourself in the field of energy efficiency

German at least level C1 mandatory Driving licence class B and place of residence in the large area of Cologne Very safe handling of digital tools and fun when working into new programs A high service orientation and an open, friendly way of dealing with customers: inside Absolute reliability and independent operation and accuracy in data collection and documentation Craft training or studies in one of the following areas: construction engineering, civil engineering, architecture, plant engineering, energy engineering, environmental engineering, etc. Good understanding of structural engineering relationships and interest in energy efficiency and the ability to understand and share technical details
