Contract and Claim Manager for Sustainable Claim Management (m/f/d)

You strengthen the position of the BLB NRW in the field of agriculture with regard to contractors You accompany construction projects in the context of preventive contract and claim management and provide assistance in the formulation of VOB-compliant correspondence You advise and support our project participants in the award of contracts for freelance services (e.g. AHO, HOAI, BGB) and construction services (VOB, BGB, VHB) You support the project teams in the management of contract and follow-up negotiations and in disputed cases in the audit of final accounts You analyse possible results and develop appropriate countermeasures to avoid future construction projects (Lessons-Learned-Betrachtung) You support the adaptation of existing contract patterns and the development of innovative contract and award strategies

You have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in engineering, architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering, economic law, technical building equipment or a comparable field of expertise. You have at least three years of professional experience ideally in real estate management, construction, contract management, claim management, or in the execution of construction projects You have in-depth knowledge of building contract law (VOB, BGB), in the costing of construction prices as well as in architectural and engineering contracting (AHO, HOAI) Ideally, you already have experience in the procurement law and in the processing of constructional supplements Microsoft Office products can be used safely, and SAP knowledge is also desirable It distinguishes a solution-oriented negotiation, cross-departmental thinking and moderative communication strength. You have a high level of team capacity, combined with proactivity and self-responsibility You bring with them certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing), and have the willingness and ability to lead a service car

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E12 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately €64.900,00 – approx. €84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
