Ensuring quality standards for products and processes – including consistent monitoring and compliance with our high requirements. Processing of special tasks such as productivity increase, timing or material flow optimization with technical understanding and self-initiative. Leadership and guidance of the team with clear structure, appreciation and role model action. Transparent reporting to the management, including preparation of relevant key figures and derivation of improvement impulses. Careful documentation of all relevant processes for complete traceability and process security.

Complete training as a carpenter/tableter master or a comparable qualification in wood processing. Multiannual practical experience in wood processing production and safe handling of machinery, materials and processes. Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented, persistent and responsible way of working. Modern leadership skills, pronounced social skills and an authentic appearance as a model. Structured working, clear communication and the willingness to work deep into new topics. Secure language skills in German and English. French knowledge is not required but represents an advantage. An existing forklift licence would be desirable, but is not absolutely necessary.
