Total responsibility for the technical operation, maintenance and construction of all buildings, plants and animal buildings of the Lower and Upper Lindenhof – in particular heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical, sanitary and energy systems Operation, monitoring and optimization of building control technology (GLT) to ensure energy-efficient and sustainable plant operation Planning, organisation and coordination of maintenance, testing and repair measures, including the control of external specialist companies and service providers Participation in the strategic development of the site’s structural infrastructure (modernisation, digitization, energy and sustainability projects) Development and maintenance of technical documentation, maintenance plans and test reports Analysis of incidents and weaknesses, development of technical solutions and implementation of improvement measures General organisation of occupational safety and fire protection according to legal requirements. Participation in readiness outside regular working hours in exchange with colleagues

Complete bachelor's or master's degree in utility, building, energy or electrical engineering, facility management or comparable engineering studies Knowledge of the management and maintenance of building installations Experience in technical building management and/or construction management Good knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and guidelines (e.g. VDE, VDI, BetrSichV, EnEV, DIN) High commitment, team capability, service orientation and communication strength
