In order to strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and powerful personality for managing an existing in-house logistics location. In this responsible role, you ensure smooth operation, continuously develop the location and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.

Total responsibility for the logistics location, including budget, earnings and personnel responsibility, as well as management of the operating daily business Ensuring the contractually agreed services and continuous monitoring as well as optimising the relevant KPIs in close cooperation with the customer Discipline and professional leadership of all employees of the site including the middle management levels - with focus on development, motivation and target orientation Care for a transparent, clear and value-adding communication culture that creates a powerful and cooperative working atmosphere Identification of optimization potentials in ongoing operation and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, quality and productivity Compliance and compliance with all relevant legal and internal regulations, in particular in the areas of occupational safety, quality management and compliance

Multiannual experience in managing a logistics location, ideally in in-house or contract logistics environment Detectable competence in leadership and development of teams and in handling complex customer requirements Embossed understanding of logistics processes and KPI-controlled control of logistics services Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a solution-oriented, structured working style Secure appearance in customer contact as well as ability to continuously develop processes and structures Knowledge of labour law, occupational safety and quality and process management

Contents The position is doped with an attractive all-in-year remuneration. Depending on the profile, the annual gross is expected to range from € 90,000 to € 120,000. .
